I bring experience working with diverse clients and have developed a strong passion for gatekeeping in clinical social work using effective supervision. Consulting is something I have grown into due to a wide array of professional experiences over 20 years. My supervision and consulting experience comes from both leadership and independent clinical roles.

Each consulting experience is customized for service delivery in the non-profit sector.
Supervision uses the Integrated Developmental Model of supervision and includes a comprehensive administrative contract as well as a clinical/social contract. Working alliance and effectiveness are key elements of the supervision experience. Unlicensed

Working alliance and effectiveness are key elements of the supervision experience. Unlicensed and seasoned clinicians alike are welcome to book. I offer supervision-of-supervision services as an additional specialty.
Psychotherapy is eclectic and trauma-informed. Therapy with fellow clinicians and other healthcare professionals is a specialized service provided with individually-tailored goals in mind, such as self-care, countertransference, and parallel process.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for my clients.
I am a Doctor of Social Work candidate with a focus on clinical supervision.
I apply best practice techniques in all three areas- consulting, supervision, and psychotherapy.
